SWAT developed Client Services to bring the necessary structure, skills, and execution methodology to the Clients. This division within SWAT houses the core project and technical teams for execution of the niche areas of the business. We deploy the core aspects of technical, project, and field services to ensure we easily align with the project/scope requirements. The team is structured with a simple philosophy of quality people able to deliver on multiple tasks and skill sets. We do not set up disciplines, SWAT believes in a versatile approach to work, thus giving the Clients the “experience” they require and desire for the projects. SWAT brings the “right size, right team” approach to the work. Using this approach, SWAT is able to be more strategic and aligned with the client’s needs, and we are able to keep core people at the forefront of execution with the clients. Providing certainty around what we do, people, and execution we feel creates the necessary value for clients long term.
Client Services has capability across all technical disciplines of Process, Mechanical, Civil, Integrity, and EIC. Design work is managed through the Design Services team. Project Management and project engineering functions are at the core of the client services team. We have staffed this team with people that have multiple skill levels to suit our niche areas of the business. When the client gets a project manager, they get a multi versatile individual able to scope, work with field people, deliver on project functions, and tap into a technical background that all works together to compliment the delivery of a quality product and customer experience.
