

Professional Engineer with 10 years’ experience in facility engineering, project management and capital cost estimating. Recent roles have included facility engineer at a large sour gas plant, project engineer for maintenance and sustaining projects at several Insitu oil facilities, project manager for a large green field above ground pipeline project and lead capital cost estimator for projects ranging from $1MM to $200MM.
Facility experience in the oil and gas industry includes: 3 years at the SemCAMS K3 sour gas plant as a site engineer, responsible for all phases of sustaining and maintenance capital projects; 6 months seconded to the Pengrowth Judy Creek, Carson Creek and Swan Hills Facilities providing Professional Engineering services across all of the assets located in the area, projects included new well tie ins, pipeline installations and liner pulls, and facility expansions and de-bottlenecking; regular site visits to Suncor Mackay River, Devon Jackfish 1, and Cenovus Foster Creek over the course of various projects.
Project engineering and management experience has been obtained through the execution of numerous sustaining and maintenance capital projects at SAGD and sour and sweet oil/gas facilities. Specific responsibilities have included coordination of multi-discipline project teams, project reporting, cost estimating, scheduling, and project documentation preparation and review. Most recently managed the detailed design for a green field above ground pipeline project valued at over $100MM
Capital cost estimating experience includes estimates ranging from small plant retrofits to large-scale facility de-bottlenecks and green field facility construction. Specific skills include development of cost breakdown structure used for both estimating and budget control, estimate plan and basis development, collaboration with clients to determine site specific cost estimating tools and execution of the estimates.
