Jason is a professional engineer with over 15 years of industry experience which includes facility work, project teamwork, project management, commissioning/start-up and EPC design. He holds an advanced degree in Chemical Engineering with a strong technical engineering background and is experienced with managing project work.
Jason’s experience includes work in Petrochemical Facilities, Gas Processing Facilities, Heavy Oil/SAGD Facilities and Industrial Water Treatment Facilities. This experience spans all aspects of facility design and operation including day to day operation support and trouble-shooting, development and scoping of improvement projects, development and scoping for large capital projects, facility design, construction support, commissioning, start-up, and operations training.
Jason has extensive experience with technical problem solving in a facility environment, leading multidiscipline teams to identify issues/opportunities and developing collaborative/optimized solutions. Jason’s work in a technical capacity has provided him with a strong understanding of technologies and processes that combine with his strong team-work abilities to make him effective at defining facility issues, mapping out alternatives for resolution and scoping projects to execute work. Jason has experience working with specifications and understands the importance of designing to client expectations while managing work quality through quality control programs.
Jason has a strong background in project management with extensive experience performing in both Project Manager and Project Engineer roles on projects of varying scope and size. His strong technical skills and understanding of project execution combined with a proven ability to provide leadership and vision on a project team him an effective project lead.
