Tony is a Project Manager/Coordinator with a background as a Mechanical Piping Designer and over twelve years of industry experience. Experience includes project-planning/scoping, project monitoring and controlling, supporting engineering, design and construction efforts for many clients in conventional oil and gas, as well as SAGD operations. Tony has a strong background in multiple disciplines developed through years of site and office work while coordinating engineering efforts. Proficient with CAD tools including AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Navisworks, Cadworx, and AutoPlant. The last six years have been spent working as a project manager/coordinator/lead on Thermal and conventional projects supporting small/medium capital and maintenance capital/expense programs for various clients. He has worked as facilities engineer, supporting these projects from the field level and has also worked within Construction Management Teams (CMT) as a mechanical construction coordinator/project lead.
Experience at the Thermal level includes brownfield retrofit projects ranging from $50,000 to $20,000,000. Experience at the conventional oil and gas level includes brownfield retrofit projects ranging from $50,000 to $28,000,000. Tony’s experience also includes working with site and office personnel on portfolios of small to medium sized capital projects totaling up to $30,000,000 Total Installed Cost (TIC) per year, while gaining knowledge and experience in all disciplines. He has had the opportunity to take projects from Phase 1 through to turnover and commissioning. Thirty percent of Tony’s industry experience has been from the field level, during which he established a good knowledge base of the construction, maintenance, and operations of facilities.
