Professional engineer with 13 years’ experience in facility engineering, process/mechanical engineering, project management, and account management focused to align corporate strategy with client and business development.
Process/Mechanical experience in the oil and gas industry includes sour gas plant processing, oil production, pump stations and SAGD.
Troy worked 7 years as a facility engineer in both Sour Gas and SAGD where a strong understanding of the common plant processes, maintenance cycles and business drivers were acquired (both OPEX and CAPEX) making him an asset in the EP environment based on field background.
Turn around planning and engineering support, simple computer aided process design, operations and maintenance troubleshooting, development of small field project MOC packages (which include isometrics, NDE requirements and piping specifications), facility optimization and commissioning/start up define the field background.
Leadership/manager roles have been at heart of experience in last 5 years, with a strong track record in directing the development and growing of qualified and accountable teams to execute a portfolio of work/projects which are eventually managed as part of main responsibility. The size of teams has varied. A strong operations background along with a solid understanding of the engineering principles, project execution principles and client expectations created a strong role to support the growth of Caltech Senex/Stantec in executing portfolios of work that range from $5MM to $100 MM TIC.
